Jenkinsfile: move the build type to the front

Angus Ainslie requested to merge angus.ainslie/image-builder:break-legacy into master

We need to parse the build type for librem5-devkit-tools. This will also break librem5-devkit-flash-image so that people don't end up with random images until it gets fixed.

Addresses part of librem5-devkit-tools#19 (closed)
