Byzantium: Adjust to recent osk-sdl

Changes needed to get luks encryption to work with current osk-sdl on byzantium. Note that the libsdl2 2.0.12 is needed since 2.0.14 segfaults.

WIP due to broken libsdl2 and osk-sdl missing in byzantium (librem5-apps/osk-sdl!3 (merged))
