Drop support for NXP and Emcraft EVKs and the nitrogen board

not built since ages, NXP has good upstream kernel support so if at all we want to build a kernel for that.

This gets rid of a lot of special casing which makes maintenance simpler easing a switch away from vmdeboostrap .
