Draft: c/dists/crimson: Stop relying on bookworm or production instance

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge evangelos.tzaras/image-builder:real_crimson into master

So we get a "pure" non-frankenstein Crimson, this will allow iterating on the images more easily, now that we have autobuilders and a archive that has been synced with Debian bookworm.
