Drop touch screen service

Guido Gunther requested to merge guido.gunther/image-builder:drop-touchscreen-setup into master

It was for the nitrogen boards with another display and was never really used.

This makes root.sh smaller. If we need s.th. similar for the devkit we should do it in the librem5-base (or a librem5-devkit-base) package so the files are tracked by dpkg.
