Improve keyboard handlig of dialer a bit

Handle keyboard events - commit messages have more details.

We still have the initial focus so that an initial click is required and setting the relief on the del and submit buttons breaks their styling. Any ideas?

This would make using phosh on a laptop much more sensible.
