alsa-ucm: Swap microphone channels in wm8962 SpeakerPhone profile

When using the loudspeaker, we want the top microphone to be the main one, since the bottom one is too close to the speaker to be useful.

As an added bonus, this makes the order of the channels correct when holding the device in landscape mode.
