Revert "gnome-all: Drop firefox-esr-mobile config"

Guido Gunther requested to merge guido.gunther/librem5-base:femc-byz into pureos/byzantium

@sebastian.krzyszkowiak brought firefox-esr-mobile-config to landing/byzantium so lets use it - this minimizes the diff over the amber-phone version too.

I don't expect a release to happen before the package migrated so not posting as WIP.

This reverts commit 81b6b6f5.
