gnome-phone: Don't depend on purple plugins

Those already get recommended by chatty.

It seems chatty needs that fixed too https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/chatty/-/blob/master/debian/control#L33 and purple-carbons can then be removed from landing/byzantium and the repo archived (since we'd use purple-xmpp-carbons forked from salsa in case we need changes) when this made it into a release (/cc @mohammed.sadiq)

And we need to add a Breaks/Replaces: purple-carbons to purple-xmpp-carbons to force the former off the system.
