audio: Loading echo-cancel explicitly with gain disabled

This will create a virtual source that is echo cancelled and keeps the volume at 100%

It also doesn't break audio modem, so that's something.

Aims to fix #50 (closed)

Not sure if we want the load-module echo-cancel on a global level in the configuration (instead of having it under an .ifexists)
