pulse: Set echo-cancel parameters also for default sink

Sebastian Krzyszkowiak requested to merge sebastian.krzyszkowiak/librem5-base:echo-sink into pureos/byzantium

Due to the way module-filter-apply works, it may not know the source yet when it's being loaded, so help it by setting the same parameters on the default sink.
