librem5-gnome-phone: Recommend megapixels

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge evangelos.tzaras/librem5-base:add-megapixels into pureos/byzantium

I can imagine users would be confused to not have a camera application preinstalled (especially since it doesn't show up in the PureOS store).

librem5-gnome-phone is possibly not the right place for it (the description talks of PSTN), but this should get a discussion going of where it would fit (if we do want it preinstalled at all).
