Add gnss-share

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge evangelos.tzaras/librem5-base:add_gnss_share into pureos/byzantium

It helps getting an initial fix by loading/storing the almanac and provides a unix socket to be used by geoclue.
