profile.d: Enable NIR compiler in etnaviv

This appears to fix graphical issues in Firefox and allows GPU acceleration to work under XWayland.

Complementary to Librem5/debs/pkg-phosh!20 (closed) (profile.d is needed for apps launched via other means than shell, like ssh)
