defaults: Remove most of hidden-apps

Sebastian Krzyszkowiak requested to merge sebastian.krzyszkowiak/librem5-base:hidden into pureos/byzantium

phosh can now filter non-adaptive apps, so there's no reason to force apps to be hidden anymore. This removes all hidden apps except GNOME Terminal (to avoid two identical terminal icons) and Yelp (which is adaptive, but was hidden because its content refers to GNOME Shell).
