librem5-base-defaults: increase readahead for the SD card block dev to 4M

Martin Kepplinger requested to merge martin.kepplinger/librem5-base:sdcard_readahead into pureos/byzantium

This should change the SD card block device behaviour in that it'll keep reading large file up the 4M in one go and allows the cardreader (and hub) to go to sleep for a longer time. This can be helpful when playing music files for example.
