WIP: base-defaults: Give the audio group realtime privileges

Bob Ham requested to merge bob.ham/librem5-base:audio-limits.conf into master

This is a workaround for audio buffer underruns seen in the devkit. The underlying cause of the underruns is unknown but I suspect it's related to the periodic general peaks in latency highlighted by linux-emcraft#33.
