Add pureos-flatpak-defaults

Hi! This adds the minimal base set of PureOS packages (that PureOS' chroots are based on and that our essential/standard priority packages are derived from) to the requirements for better comptibility, and also adds pureos-flatpak-defaults with the default Flatpak repositories that we install for the desktop version for PureOS already.
