Update librem5.conf

Lionel Houdelier requested to merge lio56/librem5-base:lio56-pureos/latest-patch-88322 into pureos/latest

These are optimized values to optimize general UX and overall to avoid memory saturation and then system freeze and/or crash.

  • The chosen value of zram-fraction has been tested until 6 with no complication, but It seems to be no advantage to have it above 2, because the cpu charge is then the limit. In the past, although the file contained no variable line, the default system value for zram was equivalent to zram-fraction = 0.5.
