pytests: create a system suspend test using rtcwake

When systemctl suspend would supend and resume properly (via the power / volume button) we could add a testcase that uses rtcwake to test it. This would trigger a real interrupt and would test s2idle now and automatically real suspend-to-ram (later when we support it).
