test_scripts: Add a script for gps testing

This is an example to test configuration parameters to influence gps performance.

The software reference is attached.en.DM00398983.pdf

By default GLONASS is not enabled but this scripts enables it. It doesn't seem to improve the ability to get a fix. Neither does enabling the notch filter.
