librem5-devkit.conf: set the operating mode to bluetooth EDR

Firmware vesion 2.0.0024 broke BLE so we need to disable dual bluetooth support

This needs to go in after https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/linux-next/-/merge_requests/403 otherwise it will break wifi on the redpine card
