Create /lib/firmware if it doesn't exist

Travis Wrightsman requested to merge twrightsman/librem5-fw-jail:pureos/byzantium into pureos/byzantium

This shouldn't normally be required but I ran in to a case where I didn't have /lib/firmware and the jail therefore didn't mount.
