debian: Fix version
Hopefully this gets rid of the build failure:
dpkg-source: error: can't build with source format '3.0 (native)': native package version may not have a revisionMerging because the build is broken.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
