arm64: dts: imx8mq-librem5: disable the voice coil driver

Martin Kepplinger requested to merge martin.kepplinger/linux-next:disable_vc into pureos/byzantium

Since we use the device via i2cset from userspace for now, let's disable this driver and bring it back when we switch to using it properly.

@dorota.czaplejewicz that's what we need when using the vc device from userspace.
