V4L/DVB (12889): DIB0700: added USB IDs for a Terratec DVB-T XXS

Since there is now correct support for the DiB7770 the support for the
'Terratec Cinergy T USB XXS (HD)' can be added.

One USB-ID has been moved, another one has been added.
