selfie cam: OTP white balance calibration and lens shading correction

the "SW User Guide" and "OTP Guide" document white balance calibration and lens shading correction. It seems like based on some "normed" white light source, data is burned into "OTP" memory. A driver can use that to adjust R/G/B gain values.
