MIPI drivers: handle bad stream without hanging
With the out-of-tree driver, the MIPI driver will hang until reboot if it's fed bad data, and might hang when the kill switch is flipped.
Instead, the MIPI driver we end up using should have a way to dislodge it from that hang.
In case of debugging, it can happen manually. In case of regular usage (flaky electrical connection? temperature-related glitches? kill switch?) it must fix itself automatically within at most a couple seconds.
