update to the 5.6.2 stable release

merge the v5.6.2 stable kernel release.

we intend not to rebase our 5.6 based kernels anymore.

this would mean that, if included, the version for the release package must be updated (in https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/linux-next/merge_requests/108 )
