WIP: arm64: dts: imx8mq-librem5-r3: set i2c1 clk freq to 100khz

for Dogwood testing. We've had the frequency set to 100khz before during the 5.3 days and according to Erics' findings, we could test whether this makes the pmic and tps more stable for Dogwood.
