Expose proximity near level from kernel via /sysfs

This allows to tweak proximity sensor values on a per revision basis.

The generic patches are already mainline, the per device patches are not but should be part of the next upstream submission for the phone device tree.

Pathes are best reviewed individually since i shifted some things around to not let sorting get out of control.
