WIP: Rename main sound card

Arnaud Ferraris requested to merge (removed):rename-sound-card into imx8-next-librem5

In order to be able to upstream a machine-specific ALSA UCM config (which must be named after the sound card), we can't use the codec name as other devices with different requirements/configurations may use the same codec.

Renaming the sound card to Librem5 ensures we don't collide with other potential wm8962 users and can use a unique name for our UCM config.
