arm64: dts: librem5r4: Set sense resistor value

This gives meaningful numbers in

/sys/devices/platform/soc@0/30800000.bus/30a50000.i2c/i2c-3/3-0036/power_supply/max170xx_battery/current_avg

again. Thanks @eric.kuzmenko

I know it's in @sebastian.krzyszkowiak !198 (merged) too but we want that out soonish since otherwise current_avg is way off and unusable for power measurements.
