minor hi846 updates

@dorota.czaplejewicz only a dev_err() to dev_dbg() fix in mx6s_capture and a comment added in mipi, so I called this "hi846 updates" only, and no need to test, but an "Ack" would still be appreciated.

for the sensor, it's similarly small updates, but things I'll keep so want to push out.
