config: speed up compile by disabling unused drivers

Clayton Craft requested to merge craftyguy/linux-next:byzantium_smaller_config into next/byzantium

This disables:

  • PCI
  • FTRACE
  • Remote control stuff
  • filesystems that don't seem to be used anywhere

This speeds up the kernel compilation by several minutes on gitlab.com CI.
