arm64: dts: imx8mq-librem5: Use function and color for LEDs

Use the common defines instead of raw strings so we're sure to adhere to the common patterns, use predefined led colors and functions are are being warned in case of deprecations.

Actual paths in /sys remain unchanged.

I thought we'd had that done a while back but recent discussion in #phosh made me notice we hadn't. Although we didn't switch to multicolor led yet we can also try to upstream the leds bits again.
