debian/README.souce: describe when linux-librem5 bumps up

in case anyone was wondering why we haven't released linux-librem5 based on v6.2.z kernels yet :) we lately agreed to do that around the time when v6.2.z becomes EOL.

does that match your expectations @angus.ainslie ?
