Change camera order
It seems more expected to control the outwardly camera when it's opened.
It avoids the bugs:
- that picture can't be taken
- that the feed is black
It adds the bug:
- when uncleanly closed, it will stop working.
Given that the latter is relevant mostly while debugging, it's puts the burden on the developers rather than users, which is all fine.
