Color matrices, white balance, fixed color space transforms in preview, tone curve fixes, highlight handling... basically things that make colors look right.

The way I came up with color matrix (https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/megapixels/-/issues/6#note_160319) is sure to make any professional photographer angry, but for now it does its job pretty well.
