UI fixes for Auto modes

Synchronize "Auto" button in UI with actual state for WB and focus - gain and exposure already did it properly, but WB and focus always set the button to inactive. Fix it.

Also, there's no reason to let the user fiddle with the slider when it's supposed to be under the application's control. Make it less confusing and make the slider insensitive when auto mode is enabled.
