Treat command executed as 'session'

Guido Gunther requested to merge guido.gunther/phoc:session into master

This makes us exit the compositor when the session command exits. This makes sure we can restart properly when a required session component crashes and can't be started up again (phosh#117) and also allows us to implement a logout button (phosh#234 (closed))
