cursor: Put a touched view into focus

looks consistent with what roots_cursor_press_button does. Any particular but you have in mind that is fixed by this?

Well, mostly two things:

• it's pretty obvious on a laptop with touchscreen and auto-maximizing disabled ;)
• also, it's visible on the phone when activating a window that has a modal - since we don't support gtk-shell's modal relation, focus goes to the activated window but the child one is displayed on the screen, leading to the user interacting with a window that looks unfocused
