phosh: Allow to bind misc keys
Until we allow to bind all keys let's allow for these as well since this block includes e.g. PrintScreen for screenshots.
This finally makes things easy working around things since phosh's first commit.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
