Remove orbital screenshooter and gamma-control

These are undocumented, outdated protocols that have a better wlr-protocols equivalent.

-- Alternative to !76 (closed). Breaks gamma control in phosh until phosh!261 (closed) is done, but I couldn't actually ever get it to work in the first place.

(it might need !50 (merged) to reliably pass the pipeline - but that was also the case before)
