Screen dims when sensor covered
What problem did you encounter
Original issue filed here: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/960 Maintainers of pmOS believe it to be a phosh issue.
What is the current behaviour?
Disable automatic brightness in settings > power, and when you hold your hand over the ambient light sensor, the screen darkens until it's entirely black.
What is the expected behaviour?
Disable automatic brightness in settings > power and the brightness should never change.
Which version did you encounter the bug in?

I Compiled it myself. If you compiled phosh from source please provide the git revision via e.g. by running git log -1 --pretty=oneline
and pasting the output below. -
I used the precompiled Debian package (e.g. by running a prebuilt image). Please paste the output oof dpkg -s phosh
below.
Phosh Version: 0.8.0
What hardware are you running phosh on?

nested compositor. If so please give the full command you start phosh with. -

Please provide relevant logs. You can e.g. the logs since last boot read
with journalctl -b 0
