Switch to wlr-data-control-unstable-v1

We could use https://github.com/swaywm/wlroots/blob/master/protocol/wlr-data-control-unstable-v1.xml to copy screenshots to the clipboard and avoid having to steal focus for that with the small downside of having to bring in the GTK bits of gtk_clipboard_set_image. Since that is an edge case since using gnome-screenshot is nicer flagging as minor.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
