PhoshHome: (Un)folding animation

Uses layer-surface margins to animate the unfolding without resizing the surface.

Did it just for "research" - wanted to see whether animating surface movement by manipulating layer-surface margins and avoiding resizes in GTK was feasible - but the effect turned out to be nice, so maybe it could even be merged and used until we get proper swiping.
