Lockscreen: add submit button, allows arbitrary pin lengths

I've rebased @julian.sparber 's !330 (closed) so we can get this into the next release.

It works for me although i think the submit button is hard to discover but that can be fixed in a follow up.

Looks like it breaks the paginator timeout inhibition - pressing the buttons does not reset the timer, so if you type slowly it will go back to the clock before you finish typing.

Another concern - if the screen gets locked while it's in landscape mode, there's no way to unlock it anymore (it was somewhat true earlier as well, but only if you had zero in your passcode).
