Don't crash on when screen locks in landscape

Don't try to flip orientation on disabled outputs (Closes: #387 (moved)) and don't rotate on non-phones after all (!642 (closed)). @a-wai i kept your authorship for that althouth the code moved to another place - hope that's o.k.

WIP since i want to test the built debs on the device (instead of hand compiled stuff) and also want to retest with multiple outputs to see if !659 (merged) is o.k. and also we need phoc!212 (merged) first.
