media-player: add seek forward/back buttons

Add seek forward and backward buttons to allow quick navigation from the lockscreen.

I've tested this feature while listening to a few hours of podcasts.

The intervals are hardcoded to seek forward by 30s and backward by 10s now, which is the default from Antenna Pod on Android.
